An interesting violin, possibly C1800 or earlier. No cracks to the table or back. One crack repair to a rib. The back has an insert at the heel, presumably it has had a neck replacement to standard length. The neck is narrow and slender. Plays OK but I think would improve with a careful set up.  No makers name.    Back length 35.5cm.
