An antique original Alexandre Debain Harmonium. circa 1850-1870. Paris, the inventor of this instrument in about 1842.  Extraordinary wood and metal stand with floral decoration. It is a very beautiful instrument. Serial number The harmonium measures 24.4 inch. high x 21.8 inch. wide x 3.9 inch. deep. (65 cms. X 56 cms. X 10 cms.)  In good general condition and complete with stand. All the notes play, the keys sometime stick and need levelling. The chord to the pedal is missing. The stand is detachable and the legs would unscrew. The main body has a a wooden case. £850
