An early 19th century harp guitar by Levien, Paris. Circa 1810-20. Bone or ivory frets. The tuners have been replaced. Should be seven friction metal zither type tuners, but easily put back I would think. Some of these instruments have a Sun carving to the sound hole. This one does not, same as the illustration in European and American Musical instruments published by Chancellor Press. A rare instrument. Good general condition. £1100. ref ARM02
