| Originally started off in Cuxton at the Kent Boat & Ski Club hence the name but after a fire destroyed the clubhouse relocated to West Malling and now at Hoo overlooking the Medway estuary. Run by Lyn & Martin (right) A friendly club , not a large venue but enough dance room. Some colourful characters and lively dancing. A wooden dance floor and carpeted seating area around. Monthly with the live bands booked make it a great venue to dance or just soak up the atmosphere. Complete with bar, ample parking, plus outside areas to sit overlooking the estuary... Great for cooling off or hot summer nights. |

| Directions: From the M2/A2 are follow thw A228 towards Grain & Hoo. Once on the A228 (past Jet garages) straight across two roundabouts , turn right at the 3rd to Ropers lane and Sturdee Sports & Social Club. About 1 mile on a sharp left bend are two large black gates. That is the venue. more info | |||||
